I’ve used Lowe’s to clean several homes as a property manager and have always been extremely satisfied with the entire team. From communication and transparency to taking precaution not to scratch up the walls when moving heavy equipment in and out, they’ve exceeded expectations. I just hired them to do my personal home and had the pleasure of working with Belman and another tech (didn’t catch his name). They were wonderful!

Jose was very professional and responsive. Arrived on time competed the job and ensured the area was clear of any lint or debris.

Luis was great! Efficient, effective, and friendly. He did a great job cleaning our dryer vent that hadn’t been clean in years. I feel much more comfortable using the dryer now.

Javier called me and asked if he could arrive early which was great for me. He was extremely professional and did a spectacular job. Great results and it only took two hours.

Juan Ortiz did a wonderful job. He replaced the broken vent and cleaned the ductwork. My dryer is working perfectly now. Mr. Ortiz was very considerate and professional. I will definitely hire Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning in the future.

I highly recommend Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning, an outstanding company from initial call to service delivery. You call their number and immediately speak with an actual person, or leave a message and a person will call you back very quickly. Pricing is competitive, with a credit card price and a discounted cash price. My air duct cleaner today was a highly qualified, consummate professional. I will be calling the company again to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. (PSA: clean your air ducts every four to five years; clean your dryer vent annually - it’s a huge fire hazard if you don’t!) Thank you, Constantine at the office and Belman the professional, for your outstanding work. I’m recommending that your company be put on my building’s approved vendors list. P.S. Lowe’s will soon offer HVAC services in the near future.

The technician Bruno was fantastic. He did a great job explaining the process to us and was very respectful of our spaces, even noticing that we didn't wear shoes in the household and taking his off unprompted. He put everything we moved for him back to rights before leaving and was courteous and professional. It was a wonderful experience!

Professional, expert and efficient service. The price definitely fit the level of detail and great effort that was given. The technician, Alex Quintero, was great to work with and he took the time to answer my questions on the process and to explain everything he would do. He was very careful in any area he was working, very friendly and courteous, and did a superb job in cleaning up after he had finished. I highly recommend Lowes! We called several companies to get a quote and only a few places returned my call. Most of the places charged the upper end on what you'd expect to pay. Lowes on the other hand was reasonably priced and did an excellent job. Javier was amazing. He was professional, efficient, and did a great job cleaning our vents. We've had our vents cleaned by other companies before, and the quality of work that Javier did was on par, if not better, than all of those other high-priced companies!

We had service through our AC company and they had created a huge clog in a 90 degree turn in the dryer vent. The tech was able to clear all the way through with his equipment in a timely manner and did a great job.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This company was professional and very thorough with their service which is so hard to find now a days! I had a vent cleaning and dryer cleaning service done. The price was very reasonable and fair! I called many places who were 3 times a much.

Alex Quintero, the service tech arrived early (how awesome)!! He also called ahead of time to let me know. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job, also showed before and after pictures of how dirty our vents were. He even recommended some solutions to prevent future build up! Jhordan M. Cleaned my vents for the entire house (2 units / 2 furnaces) and did a wonderful job. He was quick, quiet and thorough. I had one furnace replaced 2 weeks after and the company I hired even mentioned how great the cleaning job was. I also like that they show pictures after they finish. Would definitely book with them again.
